The Children's Online Protection Act (COPPA) applies to the collection of information from children under the age of 13.  We make every effort not to solicit or collect information from underage children.  However, if a child asks us a question without acknowledging their age, there would be no intention on our behalf of violating the polices or spirit of the COPPA.

After all, maintaining confidential information is the cornerstone of our industry!   The information will only be used to make an initial evaluation of the request and is not held within our company's electronic, written, or other filing system any longer than absolutely necessary.  We have also provided an encrypted way to transmit sensitive information through our Secret Message page.
