Grilling basics
Course description:
This course will teach people the basics of grilling, including the difference between charcoal and electric grills, how to use wood chips for grilling, and grilling basic food. Topics will include grilling vegetables, and grilling various type of meat. The learner will learn techniques for red peppers, zucchini, asparagus, flank steak, salmon, chicken breast, and pork loin. Learners will complete a series of five lessons, followed by an online assessment.
Course duration:
One week in length, classes need to be attended Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes are self-study; anticipate one hour for completion.
Course cost:

Course description:
This course focuses on more advanced grilling techniques, including grilling with marinades, grilling frozen meat, and grilling fruit. The learner will learn techniques for grilling apricots, Hawaiian pinwheel steaks, and balsamic vinegar pork chops, among others. Learner will complete a series of five lessons, followed by on online assessment.

Course description:
This course will discuss how to plan meals that can be entirely cooked on the grill, how various grilled vegetables and fruits can compliment main dishes, and tips for making ordinary grilled dishes, like hamburgers, extraordinary. The learner will learn techniques for including grilled desserts and salsas, as well as special holiday meals. Learner will complete a series of five lessons, followed by an online assessment.
